We’re also recapping our Healthy & Equitable Futures Summit, a special gathering of Racial Health Equity partners, resources around SNAP uncertainty, and TWO new grant opportunities.
In our October 2025 newsletter our Grantee Spotlight shines on ROC the Future Alliance’s presentation at the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Convening in Atlanta, where parent partners and community organizations highlighted how data, advocacy, and collaboration are driving housing stability and improved outcomes for Rochester families.
